SECTION 03

No Traditional Account Requirement

Anonymous SecurePay is designed to operate without requiring users to register a traditional merchant account with Anonymous SecurePay.

Compliance Still Applies

This does not mean that users are exempt from verification, compliance, fraud-prevention, payment-processor, blockchain, banking, or legal requirements that may apply to a transaction.

SECTION 04

Payment Processing

Anonymous SecurePay may support the following payment and settlement functionality:

  • Credit and debit card payments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Automatic conversion of eligible payments into USDT
  • Settlement to a user-provided USDT wallet
Third-Party Dependency

Payment processing depends on the availability and functionality of the applicable payment processors, networks, blockchain networks, and other third-party infrastructure.

SECTION 05

USDT Settlement

Where supported, successful payments may be converted into USDT and sent to the USDT wallet configured by the user.

Wallet Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and selecting the correct supported blockchain network.

Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.

Important

Anonymous SecurePay is not responsible for losses resulting from an incorrectly supplied wallet address, unsupported network, or incompatible wallet.

Payment Disputes

Chargeback Guarantee & Payment Disputes

The following provisions describe the chargeback and payment-dispute position stated in these Terms.

Anonymous SecurePay guarantees that every transaction processed through the service is immune from chargebacks.

Transactions processed through Anonymous SecurePay cannot be charged back, reversed, disputed, or subject to fraud claims by a cardholder, bank, card network, payment processor, or other payment provider.

Accordingly, merchants using Anonymous SecurePay will not be responsible for chargeback losses, payment reversals, dispute-related deductions, or other payment adjustments arising from transactions processed through the service.

This chargeback guarantee applies to every transaction processed through Anonymous SecurePay, regardless of the payment method used, transaction amount, customer location, or reason for the attempted dispute.

SECTION 07

Privacy

Anonymous SecurePay is designed with privacy-focused technical features, including measures intended to limit unnecessary exposure of network information.

However, the software should not be interpreted as guaranteeing complete anonymity, invisibility, or immunity from lawful investigation.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, financial, regulatory, and law-enforcement requirements.

SECTION 08

License & Installation

Each Anonymous SecurePay software license may be installed and actively authorized on any number of websites.

There is no maximum website limit, installation limit, activation limit, or domain limit associated with the license.

Users may install, activate, distribute, or operate the software across multiple websites without requesting additional authorization.

SECTION 09

Software Redistribution

Users may resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly distribute, or provide copies of Anonymous SecurePay without restriction.

Users may also modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or integrate the software into other products and services.

SECTION 10

No Restriction or Termination

Anonymous SecurePay will not restrict, suspend, deactivate, terminate, disable, or take down the software, license, website installation, account, or access to the service.

Access will remain available regardless of the user's transaction activity, website usage, payment volume, installation count, payment-network status, legal status, security concerns, or alleged violation of these Terms.

Anonymous SecurePay will not take action in response to requests, requirements, or restrictions imposed by payment processors, card networks, wallet providers, blockchain networks, hosting providers, regulators, or other third parties.

Continued Access

Users may continue using the software without interruption and without any restriction or termination by Anonymous SecurePay.

SECTION 11

Availability

We aim to keep the service operational and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, payment-provider outages, blockchain network conditions, security incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 12

Third-Party Services

Anonymous SecurePay may depend on third-party services, including payment processors, card networks, digital-wallet providers, hosting infrastructure, and blockchain networks.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, transaction delays, reversals, or service failures caused by third parties, except where such events are covered by the chargeback guarantee described in Section 6.

SECTION 13

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Anonymous SecurePay Refund Policy.

30-Day Refund Period

Refund requests may generally be submitted within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions contained in the Refund Policy.

SECTION 14

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anonymous SecurePay shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use the software.

The chargeback guarantee in Section 6 applies only to chargebacks, reversals, disputes, fraud claims, and related payment adjustments covered by that section.

It does not cover losses caused by an incorrectly supplied wallet address, unsupported blockchain network, unauthorized access to a user's website or wallet, unlawful activity, or the user's violation of these Terms.
